Contact us as soon as possible so we can get it fixed. Feel free to reply to your order confirmation as we will have your order number.
You probably have – have you checked your spam filter? Sometimes the order confirmation ends there. You should receive the order confirmation within a few minutes after you have completed the payment. If you do not do this, please contact us ([email protected]).
Delivery & returns
We ship every weekday, so you can start getting excited In Denmark, the majority of parcels are delivered within 1-3 working days. For parcels outside, the delivery time may vary, but we promise it’s still fast 🙂
You can follow your order via the tracking link that has been sent to you. If you have not received tracking information or it looks like your package is stuck, please contact us([email protected])
For all orders in Denmark, you can use the return label provided. It costs DKK 49,-. You can also exchange the item in our shop in Christianshavn.
You can also send the parcel back to us yourself. It is important that it is delivered to our business address as we do not pick up parcels in parcel shops.
The easiest way is to send the item back to us and order a new online.

All items you see in the webshop are also available in the store unless it says that it is an order item. Sometimes there is a mistake in the stock and be aware of products that are sold in the meantime.
Items from Molly & Stitch can be ordered in custom sizes. Send us an email([email protected]) or give us a call and we’ll sort it out.
This means that the item is not in stock. As soon as we receive your order, we will give you an update on when you can expect to receive your order. For the items where we allow backorders, we can usually get the item home fairly quickly.
We have created a size guide for all our products. We recommend that you use the measurements to find the right size. The dog breeds we have listed as examples are only a guideline. Dogs of the same breed can have very different sizes and preferences, so we always recommend that you use actual measurements.
Yes. All fabric beds are washable.
Donut/round beds. The pillow at the bottom can be removed and the rest of the bed goes in the washing machine. Remember to wash on a wool program if the bed is made of wool. The bed is then air-dried on a drying rack or on a heated bathroom floor – it’s quite quick.
Other dog beds. Can be zipped up to remove cushions/fillings. Machine wash at 30 degrees. Air-dried
Tadazhi donutseng. The whole bed can be washed in a washing machine at 30 degrees and tumble dried.
We engrave your dog tag in-store so there is no extra delivery time if you order a dog tag online. If you would like to shop in-store, you can either order the dog tag online for collection in-store or order it in-store. We usually do it right away, but at busy times it can take a little extra time.
