How to find the right dog bed
A dog bed should be both comfortable for your dog and fit in beautifully with your interior design. It may make sense for the dog to have more beds in the home so it has several places where it can find security. And it might have the side effect of keeping your dog off the sofa or bed.
Dog beds that keep their shape
With us, you will only find dog beds of a good quality. Dog beds that your dog can have year after year. Many dog beds fade over time, but we have chosen to have high quality dog beds that stay beautiful for a long time.
Find the right size dog bed
You should choose a bed that’s big enough for your dog, but not bigger than he can still snuggle up in. You can find the specific sizes under the different dog beds. As a rule of thumb, you can go for the following size:
XS and Small fit the smallest dogs such as Chihuahua, Bichon Havanais, Cavapoo, Cavalier Kind Charles, Small French Bulldogs, Dachshund, Shih Tzu, Pug, Pomeranian, Maltese
Medium dog bed is suitable for medium sized breeds e.g. large French bulldogs, Cocker Spaniel, Beagle, Staffordshire Bull terrier, boarder collie
Large and XL dog beds will typically be best for multiple dogs sharing a bed or for large breeds such as Labrador, Golden Retriever, Bull Terrier, Goldendoodle, Labradoodle, Cane Corso, Broholmer, Husky, Collie
What is the difference between a dog bed and a dog basket?
In Hunni, there is no difference between a dog bed and a dog basket. For us, it’s all about finding a nice place for your dog to sleep.
Washing dog beds
If you take good care of your dog bed, it will last for many years. Make sure to regularly vacuum your dog’s bed and shake the pillow. If necessary, the cover can be removed and machine washed on a gentle cycle. Non-fabric beds need to be treated in a special way – read more about this under the individual beds.
