Due to the properties of waxed cotton, the jacket may shrink slightly after high moisture exposure during a wash cycle. Keep this in mind when choosing the right size. If the measurements are between 2 sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. The coat can easily be shaped back into shape through ironing and steaming.
