How to shop
You shop at www.hunnishop.com by adding items to your cart and paying for them. To shop on the website, you must be registered as a customer in our system. You can only shop at www.hunnishop.com if you accept the terms and conditions, which you will be given the opportunity to read and download before you pay. When you pay for your items, you will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after. When the goods are shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an electronic invoice by email.
Hunni Aps accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Paypal and Mobilepay. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. In exceptional cases, however, the money is deducted immediately when paying with Paypal.
All amounts are in Danish kroner and include VAT. moms.
Hunni Aps uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Hunni Aps ships the order within 2 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery is made with the supplier of your choice before payment is made. Delivery is usually within 2-5 business days. Hunni Aps cannot be held responsible for delays by the shipping parties.
You can track your package via the link in the email you received when your order was placed.
You can also always choose to pick up the goods in the store in Christianshavn. Then simply select “Pick up in store” under delivery options.

Returns and right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full return policy on items purchased in the webshop and you pay DKK 49,- for returns.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. Items that are specifically tailored to your wishes cannot be returned. This applies, for example, to name engraving. It is not possible to return date items.
If you do not pick up the package before it is returned, this is not considered a cancellation of the purchase and you will be charged DKK 49,- for the return shipping.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If you are trying the product on your dog, make sure your dog is dry and clean and remove dog hair from the product afterwards. If the item has special packaging from the manufacturer, e.g. a bag for a collar, this must be returned with the item.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.
You can either return the item in the physical store (Christianshavns Voldgade 15, kld.tv, 1424 Copenhagen K) or send the item back to the webshop using the enclosed return label. If you have lost it, please send us an email at [email protected]
We do not accept COD parcels.
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship. The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect operation of the products.
Hunni Aps will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

If a refund has been agreed, the amount will be refunded to the payment solution with which the item was purchased or to a bank account, if desired. If you wish to transfer to a bank account, please send your account and registration number to [email protected]
