  • GLS to parcel shop dkk 39,- for purchases under DKK 499,- Free for purchases over DKK 499,- and up to 20 kg. For purchases over 20 kg, shipping costs DKK 49,-.




  • GLS for private delivery dkk 59,- Free for purchases over kr 1299,- and up to 25 kg.

There is a 30-day return policy on items purchased in the webshop. If you have paid for shipping, this will not be returned.





The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.





Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation.





Goods that cannot be returned
Items that are specifically tailored to your wishes cannot be returned. This applies, for example, to name engraving. It is not possible to return date items.
If an item is a made-to-order item that is produced to your order or ordered specifically for you from a supplier, it cannot be returned.













You can return your goods to us using the return label that was sent with your order. It costs DKK 49,- to use our return label (This only applies if you are a resident of Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands)





You can also always return to our physical store at Christianshavn in Copenhagen K. The address is Christianshavns Voldgade 15, 1424 Kbh K. We are open Mon-Fri 11.30-17.30 and Saturdays 11-14.





If you choose to return by other means, the package must be sent directly to our store. We do not pick up parcels in parcel shops or accept COD parcels.





Remember that the item must be in the same condition as you received it. The item needs to be resold to another customer and none of us enjoy receiving an item with dog hair or drool from another dog. If the item is not in the same condition, it will only be returned partially or not at all.





If you do not pick up the package before it is returned, this is not considered a cancellation of the purchase and you will therefore be charged DKK 49,- for the return shipping or the equivalent amount that the shipment has cost.













You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If you are trying the product on your dog, make sure your dog is dry and clean and remove dog hair from the product afterwards. If the item has special packaging from the manufacturer, e.g. a bag for a collar, this must be returned with the item.





If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.





To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.















You can either return the item in the physical store (Christianshavns Voldgade 15, kld.tv, 1424 Copenhagen K) or send the item back to our store (address above). If you want to send the item (and are a resident of Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands), you can use the return label that was sent with your order. If you have lost it, please contact us at hej@hunnishop.dk and we will resend the return label to you.





We do not accept COD parcels. We do not pick up packages in parcel shops













A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship. The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect operation of the products.





Hunni Aps will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

If a refund has been agreed, the amount will be refunded to the payment solution with which the item was purchased or to a bank account, if desired. If you wish to transfer to a bank account, please send your account and registration number to hej@hunnishop.dk













If you do not pick up your package from the parcel shop before GLS sends the package back to us, you will have to pay a new shipping fee of DKK 49. If you do not want the package to be reshipped, you pay for return shipping to Hunni, equivalent to DKK 49.
