What is PALA?
PALA is quality complete food and treats from Finland. It's the closest you'll get to 'raw' dry food and treats. That is, you get all the benefits of raw feeding, but with the convenience of dry food.
PALA is particularly well suited to the most discerning dogs, as it retains as much flavor as possible. In addition, their treats and some varieties of food are single protein, which is great if you have a dog that is allergic, so you can avoid the protein sources that cause an allergic reaction. The food is also well suited for you who normally give your dog barf, but is going on vacation. PALA is easier to take with you on the go.
What is in the food?
PALA makes both single protein and regular food. Both single protein and regular food contain a minimum of 82% fresh meat and fish, 14% fresh vegetables and berries, and 4% natural boosters such as seaweed and turmeric.
We have 2 variants - some 100g and some 1kg. We can of course order specific variants and quantities if you have a demand.

What is in the treats?
The treats are made from 100% meat or organ, depending on the variant, and nothing else. The meat is air-dried at 65°c until they have the perfect soft texture without being moist.
It's the perfect treat if you're looking for something extra delicious, or if you just want to give your dog the best of the best. If you have a fussy dog, you can also crumble the treats over the dry food for extra flavor.

Production that preserves the flavour as much as possible
All ingredients in the feed are raw and fresh from the start. Production takes place at Pala itself where vegetables, berries and meat are thoroughly blanched and made into puree, which is then air-dried at 65°c until it is the right consistency. No processed ingredients are used and they grind all the meat and organs and even grind their own eggshells.
A good example of Pala not compromising on quality is their choice of seaweed, which they can get cheaply and locally. Instead, they are sourced from Iceland as the volcanic activity in the region produces some of the world's best seaweed in terms of mineral content and nutrition.
