What is PALA ?
PALA is a quality complete food and treats from Finland. It is the closest thing you will get to 'raw' dry food and treats. This means you get all the benefits of raw feeding, but with the convenience of dry food.
PALA is particularly suitable for picky dogs, as as much flavour as possible is retained. In addition, their treats and some variants of the food are single protein, which is good if you have a dog that is allergic, so you can avoid the protein sources that cause an allergic reaction. The food is also well suited for those who barf your dog, for example if you are going on holiday PALA is easier to take with you on the go.
What's in the feed?
PALA makes both single protein feed and regular feed. Both single protein and regular feed contain at least 82% fresh meat and fish, 14% fresh vegetables and berries, and 4% natural boosters, such as seaweed and turmeric.
We have 2 varieties - some of 100g and some of 1kg. We can of course order specific varieties and quantities if you have a demand.

What's in the treats?
The treats are made with 100% meat or organ meat, depending on the variant, and nothing else. The meat is air-dried at 65°c until they have the perfect soft consistency without being moist.
It's the perfect treat if you need something extra delicious, or if you just want to give your dog the best of the best. If you have a picky dog, you can also crumble the treats over the dry food to make it extra tasty.

Production that preserves the taste as best as possible
All ingredients in the food are raw and fresh from the start. The production takes place at Pala themselves where vegetables, berries and meat are thoroughly leafed, and made into a mash, which is then air-dried at 65°c until they are the right consistency. No processed ingredients are used and they grind all the meat and organs and even grind their own eggshells.
A good example of Pala not compromising on quality is their choice of seaweed, which they could otherwise get cheaply and locally. Instead, they source from Iceland as the volcanic activity in the region produces some of the world's best seaweed in terms of mineral content and nutrition.
