Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with Hunni. The period is calculated from the day you receive your item.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
Send a clear notification to us before the withdrawal period expires. You can use our contact form or send an email to us. You must state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Request a return via your account
You can easily request a return directly from your order confirmation or by logging into your account. Find the relevant order and click "Request Return" — we will then guide you through the process.

Returning the item
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item. You are responsible for the costs of returning the item. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refund
Once we have received the returned item and approved the return, we will refund the full amount, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery
- Items that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods upon delivery
