Prices
All prices on hunnishop.dk are in Danish Kroner and include VAT and duties.
We reserve the right to change prices, correct typographical errors, and for items to be out of stock.
Payment
We accept payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, and MobilePay.
The amount will only be debited when your order is shipped or when it is ready for pickup in store.
All amounts are in DKK including VAT.
Delivery
We normally dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. All items are sent directly from our store in Copenhagen, unless otherwise stated (back-ordered items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase).
Orders received before 13.30 are generally dispatched on the same day.
We deliver with GLS, Bring, DAO, UPS or FedEx to a parcel shop or for home delivery.
Shipping costs from DKK 39 – and we offer free shipping in Denmark for purchases over DKK 499.
We deliver in Denmark (not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland) as well as to selected countries abroad. If delivery to your country is not currently available, please contact us – we will find a solution.
NOTE: If there is no space at the selected delivery point, the parcel will be moved to the nearest delivery point. You will be notified directly by the shipping company.
Unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is not collected from the parcel shop and is returned to us, we can resend it to you for DKK 39. In that case, we cover the return shipping, so you only pay for the new shipment.
If you prefer to return the order instead, we will refund the item's price minus our actual expenses for shipping and handling (a total of DKK 39 for outgoing shipping + DKK 49 for return shipping).
Right to complain
You have a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The complaint covers defects in material or manufacturing.
Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction.
The right to complain does not cover normal wear and tear or incorrect use.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. We cover reasonable return expenses in connection with a justified complaint.

We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Refunds
If you are to be refunded money, it will generally be to the card used for the original payment.
If this is not possible, please include your registration number and account number so we can transfer the amount.
The information will be treated confidentially and used only for the refund.
Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing on hunnishop.dk. Withdraw here
In addition, Hunni voluntarily offers a 30-day return policy, calculated from the day you receive your order. If you need a longer return period, please write to us – we usually find a solution.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase before the withdrawal period expires. You can contact us at hej@hunnishop.dk or use our digital withdrawal form on your page.
When we receive your notification that you wish to cancel your purchase, we will send a confirmation of receipt via email without undue delay.
Returns in store are always free.
Returns by shipping cost DKK 49, unless you purchase a new item for at least DKK 249. The new order must be noted on the return slip when returning.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned. This includes dog tags with personal engraving.
You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned item, we will refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Any diminished value will be deducted from the purchase amount. We will refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the item or documentation of dispatch.
Refund upon withdrawal
Once we have received the returned item, or once you have provided documentation that the item has been returned, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery we offer.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the item back or documentation of dispatch.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
If the item has diminished in value as a result of handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, this diminished value may be deducted from the amount refunded.

We only use your information to deliver your order and handle inquiries related to the purchase.
