Artero Juno Trimming Knife No. 7 // Coarse trimming and stripping of topcoats

The Artero Juno No. 7 is a coarse stripping knife for stripping and regular maintenance of wire-haired coats. It is particularly suitable for longer and coarser guard hairs – i.e., the outermost hairs in the coat – which need to be removed when they are ripe.

The 14 teeth provide a good grip on the longer guard hairs and allow for controlled work through the coat. The knife can also be used to remove loose, superficial undercoat.

Particularly suitable for wire-haired breeds with medium to longer coats.

Choose No. 7 for:
• Stripping longer and coarser guard hairs
• Regular trimming of wire-haired coats
• Larger areas of the coat
• Easy removal of superficial undercoat

Which one should I choose?
No. 7 is the coarse stripping knife for stripping longer guard hairs. For finer hair, smaller areas, and the final finish, choose Artero Juno No. 3 – Fine. If you primarily need to remove undercoat, No. 11 Coarse or No. 12 Fine is a better choice.
